Return Policy

  • Before returning merchandise
    All approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Contact our customer service department by phone at 1(888)765-5620, or email us at [email protected], specifying your order confirmation number. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with all return information and requirements necessary for your return. All approved returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving the items, in its original packaging. Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your return, for it to be processed and for your refund or store credit to reflect on your account. We will keep you informed as the return process and refund are completed.

    Please note: We will process returns for items still in their original packaging. Additionally, if you received free shipping on an order due to our $99 free-shipping policy and the returned items bring the total value of your original order to less than $99, the costs associated with shipping your order both ways will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Art/Personalized/Seasonal/Silver items:
    Customized and personalized items (eg. ketubahs, engraved, embroidered, and inscribed items) are final sale and are not eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee is applied when returning seasonal or holiday items and silver pieces.
    Tefillin, and leather tallit/tefillin bags are considered customized items, and as such, they are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged/Defective Items:

    At Judaica.com we stand behind the quality of the products we offer on our website and we understand if you received a damaged item. Make sure to get in touch with us right away (before the 30 day return period is over) and we will issue a full refund, exchange the product, or offer you a store credit if this issue occurs.

  • Receiving the Wrong Product:

    If you have received the wrong item we will gladly ship out the correct item to you, and we’ll provide you with a return label for the incorrect item. Contact our customer service department specifying your order confirmation number and we will guide you with a replacement/return.

  • Gift Returns

    When returning gift items still in their original packaging you are eligible for store credit or exchange only. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return an unwanted gift. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). If you are exchanging the item you will be issued a new order confirmation number and we will provide you with the tracking information once we ship the item(s). You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a damaged gift.

  • Change of Heart Returns:

    All approved returns must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging. If you received free shipping on an order due to our $99 free-shipping policy, the costs associated with shipping your order both ways will be deducted from your total refund.

  • International return policy:

    All approved returns must be returned within 30 in its original packaging.

    Damaged Items: We understand that sometimes an item arrives damaged. For international orders we offer a full refund when presented with sufficient photo proof of the damaged shipment, we do not offer replacements on international orders.

    Returns and Gift Returns:We accept returns on an eligible Judaica.com item (see all the above for exceptions) that is still in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the return and for producing your own shipping label. Upon return, we will provide a full refund minus the shipping fees associated with getting your order to you.
